VEGGIE 911 to the rescue!!!
HELP!!!!! Friday night get together with vegetarian friends and you have No Idea what to cook. Not only will you be eating pretty clean, but the health benefits of reducing meat and processed food products from your diet will help your health tremendously.
Sometimes we really need to clean our systems out and the best way I know is to go Vegetarian. Just adding a few meals a week that are meatless will improve your overall health by 35%. If you are one of those people who live off of microwave and/or boxed foods your health will improve 100% just from making your own meals from scratch.
Trying to stay healthy and eat healthy has become a real chore these days. The foods we consume are full of yeasts, sugars, antibiotics in the meat and preservatives. Not counting the chemicals and pesticides. The more we can stay away from packaged and pre-cooked foods the healthier we will be.

Once you start reading the labels on food, you’ll find yourself wanting to cook your own meals from scratch. Look Up The Words…they will scare you.
You will eliminate over 75% of Sodium (salt), sugar, yeast and chemicals.
You will eliminate your excess weight also.
As you will see, “Eating clean doesn’t mean Starving to Death”.
