Ingredients

  • Chicken πŸ“ cut into 1/4” small pieces
  • Tillamok mixed Mexican πŸ§€ cheeses
  • Corn Tortillas
  • Avocado
    • Blend all these ingredients together
  • 20 Red chilis 🌢️
  • 1 tablespoon Cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Salt πŸ§‚
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground Cumin 🌱
  • 1 onion Onion πŸ§…
  • 1 Garlic πŸ§„
  • 1 Tomato πŸ…
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil πŸ«’
  • 1 teaspoon Lime πŸ‹β€πŸŸ© juice

Place all this in blender. Place in sauce pan. Bring to full boil on medium heat. Boiled down to a thicker sauce about 20 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool down 1 hour.
