Ok so you have learned how to make your PICO DE GALLO. Now its time for the Guacamole.
COOK TIME: 20 minutes
Actual time will depend on how many people you will be serving. If its just a single serving for you total time 20 minutes. I usually figure one avocado per person. The Pico De Gallo you can make a day ahead or even a couple days.
1 tablespoon Sour cream (per person)
1/4 cup Pico de Gallo -no juice (per person)
1 can Green Chilies (1 teaspoon per person)
- Cut the avocado in half
- Remove the seed
- Spoon avocado out into appropriate size bowl
- Mash avocado
- Add Sour Cream and mix thoroughly
- Mix in Pico De Gallo and the Green Chilies
- Taste with separate spoon
- Salt to taste if needed
